Kickboxing and boxing are usually what I do to workout and i have been eating pretty fricken healthy… I lost thirty pounds pretty much just working out over summer and hit a plateau.. i decided to join weight watchers online because it keeps me from binging and eating really shitty because its mathematical and somehow keeps me and my brain in check
needless to say i worked out pretty much every day this week and can feel the burn …i didn’t “track” as diligently as i should when i lost seven pounds two weeks ago
but I busted my ass in the gym and gained two pounds…i know how they say muscle weighs more than fat but it still sucks to see that increase on a scale when you want and expect it to go down : /
